Greetings in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,

As the month of December comes to a close, we stand at the threshold of a New Year 2026 and a New Month January, with hearts filled with gratitude, reflection, and renewed hope. The closing days of the year invite us to look back at God’s faithfulness and to step forward trusting His divine leading.

The past month was spiritually rich and grace-filled for our Salem MTC. We thank God for the meaningful observance of Mar Thoma Sabha Dinam on 21st December, reminding us of our heritage, calling, and mission as a worshiping community. The Carol Rounds and Carol Service were completed effectively, spreading joy, unity, and the message of Christ’s love to many homes and hearts. We are grateful for the blessed Christmas Day Holy Communion Service on 25th December, where we gathered at the Lord’s Table in reverence and thanksgiving. The year concluded with a spirit of expectation and praise through the Watch Night Service and New Year Celebration, as we committed our lives and our congregation into God’s mighty hands.

At the same time, we remember with deep sympathy the families who experienced loss last month. We prayerfully remember Renu Aunty, on the passing away of her beloved mother, and Mariamma Aunty, on the passing away of her dear brother. May the God of all comfort surround them with His peace, strength, and everlasting hope.

As we step into New Year 2026, may it be a year of spiritual growth, renewed faith, loving fellowship, and faithful witness. Let us walk together as one body in Christ, trusting that God Almighty will guide, protect, and bless each one of us abundantly.
